Who We Are
In Belonging LLC began in 2022 as the Rev. Molly Casteel transitioned away from serving over 17 years with the national denominational offices of the Presbyterian Church USA. The LLC's structure is built for collaboration; partners will vary by project and service.

About Rev. Casteel

Molly Casteel is an ordained Presbyterian minister and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS). She is an alum/fellow of the Social Justice Training Institute (SJTI) and Finding Freedom programs. She has done work in coaching approaches to social justice, advocacy and abolition solidarity. She has training in conflict transformation including with Resetting The Table, which moves to lean into the differences and grow empathy and connection through conflicts. She has over 30 years of advocacy, community development and cultural shift work in organizations and groups - secular and religious.
Rev. Casteel is a proven equity and inclusion practitioner and a dedicated coach with communities and individuals (with particular interest in folks who identify as white or who are raced as white). The work together seeks to reduce the received and perpetuated harms to self and others and make internal and external shifts to action, transforming just ways of being in diverse communities together. Belonging is something we build, nurture and need. Created for and in community, connecting with authenticity and integrity is a path toward one another - transformational and restorative. Learning how to repair and reform are critical skills. Liberation and healing are available. No one is disposable.

Our
Story
Get to Know Us
In Belonging got its name from imagining the place we want to be -- working interdependently and respecting the dignity and wholeness of persons and cultures - building a better world for all of us.
Being enough and getting busy
Taking action, working together, joining gifts and perspectives, we have sufficient energy and creativity to connect deeply, and transform whatever group cultures we have to support flourishing.
